Best Practices Certifications

The companies of Lenders Title Group have always been committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance, privacy, and financial responsibility. We were proud to adopt and become certified in the ALTA Best Practices soon after its inception. ALTA Best Practices consist of seven key factors set forth by the American Land Title Association (ALTA) which serve as a benchmark for real estate settlement. To become certified, we were required to demonstrate compliance in each of the pillars. An independent, third-party firm audited our written procedures and required proof of compliance with those procedures. This included visits to each one of our locations to ensure the staff was maintaining these standards in their office. Every two years, we will be audited again to renew our certification.
